Welcome to the Centre for Psychological Therapies The Centre for Psychological Therapies (CPT) at the University of Edinburgh provides evidence based psychological therapies for children and young people in the community. The Centre is part of the University of Edinburgh’s School of Health in Social Science.The Centre offers clinical placements and supervision for students on the MSc Psychological Therapies programme. It also provides training and workshops for families, young people and external organisations. Waitlist Information Our waitlist is open and we are accepting referrals for children and young people (up to 26) with mild to moderate mental health presentations, including low mood, anxiety, phobias, panic.Please email CPT@ed.ac.uk with a few lines explaining what the issues may be and for more information.
