What can I study?

MA (Hons) Health in Social Science is a 4-year undergraduate degree programme that offers an opportunity to build a robust understanding of the complexity of human experience in the areas of health, illness and the social arrangements for care.

As one of the first universities to offer a nursing degree in the UK, the University of Edinburgh has a long tradition of preparing graduate nurses. Our graduates are highly regarded both nationally and internationally in the nursing profession.
