Information session: completing the IRAS application form

Charlotte Smith, a Research Governance Coordinator at the College, is coming to the School of Health in September to deliver a brief overview of the IRAS system.

A new process for NHS R&D applications was introduced on 5th June by the HRA. The SSI form is no longer accepted by R&Ds in Scotland and the Statement of Activities for non-commercial studies is no longer accepted in England and Wales; researchers must instead prepare and submit a Local Information Pack containing an Organisation Information Document (OID). This does not affect ongoing, approved studies.

This session is aimed at research students and staff in the School of Health.
