Doctorate in Clinical Psychology students are funded through NHS Education for Scotland (NES), which pays fees, trainee salaries, and travel expenses. All trainees are responsible for their own accommodation costs for the duration of the Programme, apart from those in distant NHS Boards (Grampian, Tayside and Dumfries and Galloway) who are given accommodation expenses in accordance with Agenda for Change terms and conditions during teaching blocks. Trainees in all other Boards are reimbursed for travel expenses to attend teaching on a daily basis in accordance with Agenda for Change terms and conditions.Trainees will all commence their employment at the first pay point on the Agenda for Change Band 6 salary. This applies to all Trainees, regardless of previous experience. For all trainees, there will be a move to the next pay point on Band 6 after 2 years.No self-funded places are currently available.
